We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant for our Charlotte, North Carolina office who can support the day-to-day operations of the firm. As an accountant administrative assistant, you will support the accounting team by managing and organizing financial documents and assisting the department with various tasks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping. This person will provide administrative support, and assist with various office tasks but not limited to coordinating and dissemination of meeting minutes, scheduling and calendaring certain events as well as preparing firmwide emails and other external communications.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Sort and file documents according to established systems
- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
- Provide administrative support for various projects, including research, data collection, and coordination of resources.
- Prepare communications, including emails and memos, internally and externally on behalf of the firm
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role or familiarity with accounting procedures and administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- 0Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
