Sodoma Law is seeking a full time experienced bookkeeper for their Charlotte, North Carolina office. Job duties include assisting with monthly billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, trust accounting, bank reconciliations and journal entries. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and outstanding attention to detail is essential. Must be able to work well as part of a team and independently, along with possessing a sense of humor.
The ideal candidate will have advance QuickBooks (Enterprise) knowledge, and Excel experience.
Candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
1. 2+ years QuickBooks experience
2. 1+ years of working with trust accounts and familiar with the new NC trust accounting rules
3. Intermediate-Advanced skill set for Microsoft Office Suite
4. Preferred Experience: 1+ years law firm experience
