We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Family Law Associate Attorney for our office in Monroe, North Carolina who can support other senior attorneys serve clients with cases involving child custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, and other delicate family law issues. This person can be a recent graduate or someone with less than 2 years of experience. We are excited about this opportunity to serve the Monroe community with the right team.

Qualifications:
- Licensed/will be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State bar.
- 0-2 years’ (or more) experience working in a law firm. (Family law preferred).
- Demonstrates passion to practice family law.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills specifically in high stress and emotional
situations. - Ability to maintain professionalism while showing empathy to all clients.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is a must
